Third-party warranty insurance is available for our private-label products to protect your company and customer in the event of a warranty claim.

Detailed Ordering Support
Our team has managed scores of successful orders and is well versed in customs requirements, duty, and other international shipping procedures. All orders include Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) with pre- and post-delivery inspections by our staff.
Project Planning and Coordination
Our staff conducts field visits and coordinates with architects, contractors and engineers to ensure seamless integration of the product, whether it is a green fields project or retrofit.
We work with certified and insured installers to guarantee that products are installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Efficient Warranty and Repair/Replacement Support
All of our suppliers’ products are equipped with industry standard warranties. We work with our suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient processing of warranty claims and repair/replacement needs.
